The Quran can't be appreciated for it's true form in any other language except Arabic, as the verses are meant to flow together when read. Also, many Arabic words have different meanings, and direct translations can be misleading. However, I have read parts of the English version and it seems okay. I recommend you read surat yusef or joseph. It is my favorite surat.
