Can i run L4D2?

I've been wanting to play some Left 4 Dead 2 but with the amazing ammount of zombies and particles in the game i not sure i'd be able to run it with any combination of settings lowest possible to highest possible.

My Specs are in a .txt attached.

Forgot to mention im able to run Gmod at 70-100 FPS with all low settings (medium textures) And Antialiasing x2 with atleast 30 NPC shooting; If that raises any chance.

Well i'll give it a try anyway. Good chance i'll be getting an M14x for christmas so it wont matter too much.
