And necessary

because dropping the bomb on the ENTIRE place was neccasary because half of the population weren't involved.

No offense but the forums is not a learning resource. Look it up on google or wikipedia, something more reliable than a forum full of teenagers. It's honestly so easy
You mean don't look for help in a forum where most everyone is informed in school about the Holocaust and national socialist Germany campaign?!

Isn't the bombing of pearl harbor that caused us to get into WWII? Because Japan is an ally of Germany?
They went to Pearl Harbor to try and bomb your best ships, Aircraft carriers and the like. Turns out they weren't there though.
You guys needed an excuse to join the war, the American public didn't want to rush to the aid of the Allies when there was no cause to do so.

actually, my guess is alot of people here are national socialists anyways.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki both had very large concentration of troops. Civilians are going to die if you bomb a city, it's inevitable.

Heilic.

What do you think the USA is doing right now. (we dont use nukes, but we use other bombs)

More civilians were killed in our firebombing raids than both atomic bombings combined. Trying to invade Japan would result in most likely even more deaths on both sides, since even Japanese civilians would fight to the bitter end. It was for the better for both sides.

How many times was Britain leveled? How many civilians were killed during all that?

Is that a joke? No one here is educated about this subject more than a professor is. Plenty of professors and people who learn about this for a living have written articles about this he could read and get much more reliable information.

Guys I'm Riddler

Around 40,000 people died in the Blitz, about 140,000 where injured.
That's from memory when we went on a school trip to some Blitz museum or something.

It really isn't that difficult to summarize the national socialist campaign if you have taken US and world history. Professors are great if you want very in depth details, but I am pretty sure the OP just wants basic information.

So it's not okay to ask anyone who isn't a professor for information?

Knowledge is knowledge.
