Im contacting EA's stuffty Indian help support to see if they can get me out of this spot in hell.

It is saved on the cloud, it can't be erased unless you do something really stupid.

This is why you don't turn off the game when it says "Do not switch off your system."

But that sucks. When in doubt, re-earn your stuff, otherwise the game isn't even worth playing if that's too much of a pain in my opinion.

but the thing is

the blue save thing appeared and it kept turning on and off so i guess i turned it off right after the blue save thing showed up

same thing happened to me, every time i log in it resets my single player save, my brightness, and my server search preferences. it seems to have kept my buttons though.

Ea supervisor has not mailed me back yet. If I dont get a reply by him before christmas  im going to loving explode
