Putting pixelated graphics on your game and not having the art styles aim for an 8-bit look is like a party with out any people. Other than that the game was fine.
except graphics-over-gameplay arguments make you sound like a CODcigarette and/or extremely nitpicky. just for future reference.
Playing the game like it was obviously made to (plowing trough enemies with out a second of thought) usually leads you to some questionable deaths.
you're not actually supposed to bluntly plow through enemies, for a multitude of reasons

The graphics REALLY remind me of Cave Story.

graphics look brotally stuffty

i really like this game

also why are people only criticizing the graphics and not the gameplay
are you all being serious right now

Where were you then Yosher?

You implying that Terraria is bad boy?

You implying that Terraria is bad boy?
A great triumph of modern grammar

You implying that Terraria is bad boy?
terraria is boring and dead by now so :T

Looks a lot like KAG.
This, it looks like King Arthur's Gold but with guns.

sounds like when I posted Goblet Grotto
Where were you then Yosher?

except goblet grotto looked like an unfinished unplayable mess made by a 4 year old trying to program a game. this actually looks like something: goblet grotto looked like a horrid acid trip.

hell, even the site looked like it was made in 1996 or something.

Another loving 8-bit game?
Don't those loving developers realize that if you want back the charm of the NES you have to use its pallet.

1: This is not an 8 bit game. It's pretty much 16 bit, but it's actually 64 bit (with possible 32 bit support) so neither are correct.

2: Pixel-style games absolutely do not need the NES pallete. That's like saying every realistic game needs to use the same textures as Battlefield 3.

3: The charm of the NES? That's bullstuff. Why not the charm of the amiga? Do you hate commodore 64s or something? The NES isn't the only 2D console in existance and just because a game is made in the style of 8-bit or 16-bit does not mean at all that it is NES inspired/styled.
