I don't have Photoshop CS6/any of that, nor am I good with GIMP/paint.net/MS Paint. :c
I'll try and re-download Paint.NET and somewhat try something.

I was in Vancouver about a month ago on the 16th I believe and I snapped this photo of a bus going by and I didn't even notice the weird green blotches in the sky... I don't remember seeing anything there or on the camera lenses
