So you go on the official EA/BF3 forums and yell at them, then they acknowledge your issue by locking your topic (which could have easily been a private email or PM), so your brain spins a few gears and that gets you to "I should yell at a completely and utterly unrelated forum."

You can't lose your multiplayer progress, it's stored on DICE's servers....
