Um, first, you need to spend a good amount of time designing and building the rocket with enough force to lift such a heavy space craft, then, you need to build said space craft, then you need to create the proper equipment for construction, survival, emergencies, etc.  All in all, it should take you about 3-4 years to complete such a feat.

The personnel aboard the previously mentioned landing craft have finished constructing the station and its living quarters, as well as main offices and cafeteria.  Supplies and more people are landed on the planet and are safely transported to the station.  Expansion begins. (Post a map soon.)

We do indeed have people on the moon.  It's a small colony, just a bunch of rooms and hallways with flags around them declaring land.

Also we claim some land in Antarctica.  Map soon.
