To be fair, shepard does have enough bionics and implants after being rebuilt to be considered a super-soldier, but spartans are probably a lot stronger and tougher.

It's more than metal armor. It's got protective technical aspects on top of that in order to protect against impacts.

And if you take something from Chief, take something from Shepard. Otherwise you sound like those kids in games "you can't use this but i can use all my stuff"
