I'm pretty sure a few people from that specific incident got their privileges back.

It's been like two years and steve5451 wasn't ever given privileges back, but the case with that is kind of different.

TheChaosCarrier got his back, along with some other people as well.

In that incident, I only had my (at the time) current avatar removed, but still had permission to use avatars.
