145 and I did 6 1/2 pull ups on a legit pull up bar thats way above my head.

just like, very little of it is muscle
the only muscle I have is on my legs and arms
there's like none on my torso

I guess you got forgeted over with genetics, according to my genetics I'm suppose to be a huge built guy but I'm trying to keep myself skinny.



My hippy friend is cool as can be, he's also a carpenter. He fixed a home that was next to gone in 2 weeks.
