That's if you are 14 for say, and the partner is 18+.

In some states like Kentucky you can do at 16 and do it with someone within 3 years of age. 18 is the federal legal age. In California and other places age 18 is the legal age for love and smoing, 21 for drinking, gambling, and the ability to purchase handguns. Anything under 18 and its a violation, and having love with someone older than you as someone under the age of consent will probably get you a slap on the wrist and the adult prison time and the love offender title which will prevent them from holder a decent job for the wrest of their life.
