Environment water Null bricks

so I was wondering if someone could possibly make a brick that made a dry area in environment water,

so when you placed this brick underneath environment water,
it would cut out a square box underneath the water.

I don't know if this would be possible but I thought it would be a handy type of brick for certain things.

you cannot unfortunately

the way environments work is multiplicative, and not overruling.

For example, two 5x gravity zones overlapping will create a 25x gravity zone
