You most likely have another addon that isn't letting the anything of the sorts.

Save your addon folder somewhere else, and delete all the addons (I am pretty sure the launcher gives you all the default addons if they are missing, am I correct?)

OP, do this.

1) Click this link. http://returntoblockland.com/download.php?go
2) Save the file to "My Documents\Blockland\Add-Ons"
3) Start Blockland.

I open the game up and I activate Server_AdminControls in my addons tab. When the server opens up, the button is not in the Admin menu where it should be. I've tried removing and re-downloading the add-on. I've removed and re-installed my RTB, but nothing seems to work. It's upsetting.

go to the admin menu and click the Server Settings (or Server Control. Hell, I forgot) button and go to the preferences tab.

Some add-on you have is preventing RTB from creating the GUI modifications and/or inhibiting it from starting completely.

If that doesn't work, then do this:

Open your options GUI. Go to the Controls tab. Scroll down until you find the RTB category, where there will be a keybind called "Server Prefs" or something like that. Set that keybind and then use that to access the prefs.

Remove the mining admin gui.
As far as I know, it deletes and replaces the gui, the RTB button getting lost on the way.
