I don't know if we already have a mod for this, but if we don't:

someone should make a mod where if I ban PlayerX from my server, and they decide to reconnect under a different key, it auto bans them based on their IP

pretty simple, but would save a lot of trouble with people connecting back to a server under a different ID to cause havoc

If you can it's not self-explanatory as it's not in the GUI.
There probably is some command for it but it'd be a lot easier for it to automatically happen on ban.

No, we can't.

I can make a mod that will essentially ban anyone who connects from a banned IP. It will show them connecting to the server, but they will be instantly banned by the console.

The BanManagerSO already records the IP, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Using this post as an argument against creating this add-on is a really stupid idea.

There will always be a way around a ban; this will just make it more difficult than it already is.

The only downside to this is the fact that any sibling could get the more mature one banned from a specific server.
