I'm pretty sure hl2 comes with gmod now as I've never installed it but it seems I have the vehicles, ragdolls, and so on. And you can buy gmod with css as a bundle.

You'd be surprised how many missing textures and errors there will be if you get some add ons.
But then again, you're pretty young to be getting those games.
