Where do you usually sell your built computers?

Where do you usually sell your built computers?
ebay
Oh wait he wasnt asking in general lol

ebay and craisglist. saves even more money not having to ship anything lol

How powerful are the computers you build? How much do you usual spend on one and then sell for?

we only have 4. low gaming, high gaming, grandma comp, and a family/htpc.
and the latter 2 are without gpu, in tiny cases.

the low gamer one we sell as a "world of warcraft" model and the higher one is always whatever the flavor of the month game happens to be. we just meet all max settings 1080@60 with minimal hardware possible to do it. right now its an overwatch version, last time it was FO4.

we only have 1 of each ready to ship at any time, with parts to make 1 more. so we order more stuff as they sell.
me and my friend here only make 110 bucks profit on the higher comp. even less on the smaller ones.

it wasnt meant to be a business though, we play with hardware a lot and we couldnt have extra computers sit around aging and losing value so we got rid of em online. it was easy to sell computers that are meant for 1 game, as computer-dumb people generally want a comp for 1 game anyways.

after a thousand years i finally got speccy

lol why the forget is your mobo running so hot
thats his laptop iirc

I can confirm that the image of the general places of where everything is is correct.
My computer is sitting open next to me. I really need to un-warp the side of the case and put it back on.

lol why the forget is your mobo running so hot
no idea, the screenshot was taken while it was pretty idle so i'm really puzzled too

thats his laptop iirc
the top one is my laptop

Novelty Keycaps from Massdrop just came in.

I am a happy man, though I wish I had something for the Enter or the other keys to go with those as well, I should have bought 2 sets but the other options weren't really that nice.

The ability to overclock isn't the only difference between the non-k model, and the k model.
http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6600/3503vs3514
The k model has a higher base clock, so it'll perform better.

Anyway;

Yay laptop specs. They're pretty darn good but the graphics card bottlenecks the performance in gaming to the loving extreme.
