For the CPU you can save like $30 by buying the 3570k (overclockable, basically) from microcenter. It's pickup only though.

Also 16gb is a bit excessive but if you feel you need it, keep it.

I would wait, nvidia's new cards are due soon, along with amd's I'm guessing. I talked to a guy who bought a $600 480 and the next month the 500 series came out and really disapointed him.

The 650W power supply will still be more than enough for it, or are you planning to SLI the card in the future?
