That thing looks neat, shame about the price tag

2200 for the top end one isn't too bad considering 5 years ago they were only either for commercial use or custom build your own. In a few years good quality ones will probably only be a grand. Which for all the things you can do with it isn't bad.

there's no way i'll be able to contain myself until i have ~1000$ to buy a nice gaming computer
i'd love to start building a desktop now but i see that it's a bad idea to buy parts over a long period of time because new, better parts get made.

ugh i don't even know what i'm asking for here but i'm tired of having a mediocre computer and i'm tired of waiting to start working on getting a new one

where do i start >:I

You can get a decent one for ~$600

Never go cheaper when you can save for an extra month or two, you will regret it.

So true. Save up, it'll be worth it.

Just got a bluescreen, my computer went into sleep mode after a bitcoin miner crashed, and when I reopened the perpetrator program, I got a bluescreen with like this one.
This has happened in the past with use of my discrete card in certain applications.

Here's the crash dump if anybody can read and brown townyze this. I've looked everywhere for a solution to this and there has been none. The problem has been persistent for a couple months now.

what is considered average CPU temp?

a 2.4ghz celeron
ive seen that on most CPUs ive looked at in BIOS, the general temperature is 22C. but im not sure if that is an average or a coincidence.

for the poll what if you do a mixture of both?

I need a nice gaming computer that's around the size of the hp pavillion p6510y, but I don't want something that goes into insane price range. Enough to play games like KSP or Trackmania at full graphics with average FPS.
Please?
I also cannot build a computer, because I'd probably break everything.

its not that hard...

The bug check code has a value of 0x00000116. This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed. Updating your Video Drivers is the most common cause of this problem. Try a driver roll-back from the Device Manager.
