Actually I'm pretty sure Amazon will just take their money if you request a refund. I submitted a contact seller thing through amazon asking for a refund on a keyboard because I hadn't been sent a receiver. (it was wireless) I wrote that I wanted a refund and I guess Amazon had an automated feature that would refund me if they saw that key word or something. The sellers didn't even ask for the keyboard back, so I got my money back and didn't have to mail anything.

buy the new Haswell line of CPU's coming in June instead the current Ivy Bridge

and i would recommend a Caviar Black 2TB instead of that Toshiba

everything else seems good

I already have the Processor as I got it at a really good deal very recently. I am overclocking it to around 4.3-4.5 ghz. I will look into the other HDD though.
