is it weird that my power supply is at the bottom of my case

No. Bottom mounted is more common. It just depends on the case though.

Saves money and its a good rig. Also the GPU supports VGA so I don't have to get a new monitor

That CPU is absolutely awful, and the GPU is bad too.

actually its not a bad choice for a prebuilt that is around 400 bucks, but of course you can do a lot better if you build it yourself
