I have a Sabertooth Z77, ASUS Bios is so nice.

UEFI BIOS is literally the best thing ever

first time booting up with intel i7 4770k, got a cooler master 212 evo installed, 1600mhz 16gb (8x2 dual channel) of crucial ballistix sport ram, all on top of a z87x-ud4h

bitches i ride in style

only i still need money for a dedicated gpu, but the onboard 4600 hd should be good enough to run every single game

I just got this: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX46819

Was it worth it?

Now it says "limited touch support with 5 points". But the touchscreen still doesn't work.

And now it says "no pen or touch input is available for display". Can someone help?

None of us know that kind of laptop. Our guess is as good as yours.
Just try installing drivers.

Manufacturers often have drivers you can download from their website.

No. We live in a 50 year old house, and I do not trust the power grid. Please quit telling me what I "don't need".

Military quality doesn't mean it'll survive a surge. If you want to protect it from stuffty electricity buy a good surge protector or even better a UPS. That whole "military quality" is just a marketing gimmick for the most part.

Intel is garbage

lolwut? Like really what are you talking about.
