I have a budget of around $450, and I really want a Windows computer. I want it to play the games I mentioned in the game earlier, but I don't know where to look because I've only used Mac my life.

At <$500 I highly recommend a Linux PC

You're not going to get a good computer for $450.  Unless you're going to play on lowest settings and other methods of stuff like optifine. You should save up the next few paychecks/allowances to get a much better computer for $700 - $800.

if you buy a prebuilt, then you'll barely be able to play any games. if you build yourself, you should be able to play most modern games on lowest settings. not worth it.save up some more

I can't actually build the computer. I could find the parts, but is there a way to pay Best Buy to assemble it?

why can't you
Well I can get the parts, but I can't actually put it together. Me and my parents have the motor skills (computer-wise) of a pear and have always bought our computers prebuilt.

i don't really think finding a service that builds a computer is going to be easy/cheap
just build it yourself, its not hard or anything
only thing you need is a screwdriver and an hour of time

My computer just freezes up randomly while I'm playing games. I can't do anything and the only way to shut down my computer is a hard reboot.

Try turning of your computer opening it and spraying it with a can of compressed air and reseat your ram and gpu. And check the thermal paste and cooler of the cpu?

I have the stock CPU cooler. I don't have thermal paste. I guess I need to go out and get some compressed air then.

Why not try some new thermal paste like the Artic brand or IC diamond.

If you can connect one lego to another you can build a computer.
