Mine didn't start up in one go. I blame my motherboard manual though, because they got the front panel plugs mixed up, so I had to figure it out by looking at the motherboard itself, which, thankfully, had it label correctly on there.

First time starting mine one stick of RAM was bad and I had no clue why it was broke, so we ended up brining it to a nearby computershop and he spotted the problem. He also noticed I fried my USB cable for my case because I pluggined it in a wrong lot on my mobo.. ;-;

But ya, that was the only hardware issues I had with my system.

guys should i get an AMD FX8350 or Intel i5 4670k??

the i5 excels in every single task by a great margin

How great is a great margin?

I read that fx8350 is futureproof b/c of the 8cores, pls convince me some more

8 cores doesn't mean jack squat. And neither does frequency for that matter. It's all about the architecture.

Cores don't really affect performance.

the per-core performance of intel cpu's are beast
most games nowadays dont use more than 4 cores, and the only game I know of that uses 6 cores is bf4. but intel cpus still do better.

hmmm, okay, also would u guys recommend an air cooler or liquid cooler? I will have a go at OCing sooner or later.

liquid coolers are generally stuff. just get an air cooler (like a hyper 212 evo) and you'll be able to oc your i5 4670k to like 4.2 no problem

Overclocked my DDR2 800 RAM to 1600 #YOLO
And my CPU is running at 4.3GHz.

Bump. I just got +$15 (and I already have like  10 or something) and I need a wifi card. I have windows 8.1. Anyone have any suggestions?

would recommend a usb wifi adapter, less hassle with same speed
