Still need help. I just need a wifi card around $15-20 that works with Windows 8.1.Lol, that's great.

Edit: I found these two, and what I want to know is, will having a faster wifi card improve my speed even if I have awful internet with speeds slower than what the card is advertised as?

I plan on upgrading it around march anyway.
