I liked the one I posted better because it was a good deal off of a higher grade motherboard, but the one you posted is also fine to use if he wants to save $10.

Edit: Actually you only save $3 because the one I suggested has free shipping compared to $7 shipping. He's probably better off sticking with the higher grade one.

Actually, cat 5 cables have a cap of 100mb/s I believe, and they are considered low end.
