It's not too bad, I've still yet to move the cables around again because so far the extra fans make the cables messy, i've used all the tie wraps also. Wbu?

What gpu would be best for me?

not sure about the minimum requirements for Borderlands 2 but an hd 7790 would probably work.

I've got one tie wrap left I think. I don't like how the top hole gets covered by the mobo tho, couldn't run the CPU power wire from behind cause of that. Might try taking the mobo out slightly and running the cable. Other than that I guess it was okay for my first build lol

why a 32 bit os?
