no, lol he can't. I had a 2012 celeron which is probably 2 times better than that. with a 7770, I couldn't play on low, while with an i7 I could play on high
either hes playing at 10 fps and thinking that its fine, hes playing at a ridiculous resolution, or hes just saying bs

I have an AMD Phenom II X4 in the system right now and I cant sit back and enjoy these modpacks because of obstensive lag that ruins the gameplay.

um my Phenom II X4 plays Minecraft with an HD texture pack and shaders perfectly fine.
ARMA III on high too. I keep the render distance a bit lower though.

its amd's new very hot gpu, literally, it's already gone up to 85c underload, slightly worrying but amd said its supposed 2 go that high yolo
