ok but the newegg thing doesn't even make sense. if you have a budget and a part is cheaper somewhere else it would be ridiculous to get it from newegg

on an unrelated note, is buying a computer someone else built to sell on ebay a bad idea?

ebay is ebay. Depends on the trustworthiness of the seller. I know I'll be selling my entire old build as soon as skylake is out on ebay. I did buy an R9 290 from ebay 3 months ago and it's still working great, so you'll probably be fine

let's just get back to the original situation
Yo, computer geeks.

I would love if you could make me a build that can:
- Run CS:GO at 50+ FPS (Maxxed out)
- Run Warframe at 50+ FPS (Maxxed out)
- Run Starbound at 50+ FPS

It has to have:
- NZXT Source 210 (White) Case
- Wi-Fi Adapter if the motherboard doesn't include good on-board wifi capabilites
- 8GB RAM
- CD Drive
- Nvidia GPU

It does not have to include:
- Operating system
- Monitor
- Keyboard/Mouse

My budget is: $750

OH PARTS HAVE TO BE NEWEGG ONLY

not really. prebuilt custom builds can be just as cheap as building yourself.
they usually jave free shipping to.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
Mainboard: MSI H81M-P33 LGA 1150 Intel Micro ATX Motherboard
PSU: EVGA 100-W1-500-KR 500W
GPU: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM
Case: NZXT Source 210 S210-002 White w/Black Front
Disk Drive: LITE-ON Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA DVD-ROM
WiFi: Rosewill RNX-N150PCe (RNWD-11011) IEEE 802.11b/g/n PCIe 2.0 Wireless Adapter

Guys, I need a budget build for $750 -$800-ish.

Basic requirements:

- Min. 8 GB RAM, with the capacity to upgrade to 16 GB
- Min. 2 TB HDD
- Min. i5 processor
- Disk drive
- WiFi card
- Min. 2 GB GPU
- Must be able to run Windows and OS X side-by-side
- No monitor
- No OS (not that I'd expect you to include that)
- No Intel graphics
- No super-expensive case

This computer will be used for some gaming (mostly Blockland, but being able to run shaders well wouldn't be too shabby), editing/rendering HD video, 3D modeling, animation, graphic design, music-making, etc. Keep in mind I know next to nothing about computers except for the little bits my brother has shared with me. If you have a build and it's a bit more than $650, that'd ok, my bro and I are bargain shoppers. ;)

Ok guys, just found out that I've got a job here soon that'll bring in about $360 of spendable moneez. So my budget has been upped to about $800 max. See above quote for details, I edited the minimum requirements.

Yeah it's pretty nice looking.
I could also use it in self defense as it weights like 4 kilograms.

I am playing the original Doom right now. I am having the true experience right here folks.

get rid of everything on the hdd and make an emulator os

That's as powerful as a Playstation 2.

Unlocked processor, decent motherboard, high-quality semi-modular PSU and an alright graphics card for $805 /w rebates. Lose the DVD burner or re-use your old one and drop that by $15.
EDIT: Changed video card to a 750 instead.
If you're really concerned about saving money, you can try and scavenge eBay for a 2500K/3570K processor + P67/Z68/Z75/Z77 motherboard. The performance is nearly identical, but the parts are much cheaper.
