Guys, is hosting a server running Windows with minimal services (and networking, obv; to reduce resource load) a bad idea?

i had a coke spill happen with my corsair k70, freaked the forget out, pulled off some keys, got a wet towel and tried to wipe the spill area, turns on and has lights yet i can't type and the spill area is practically in the center to bottom center of the keyboard
i put it face down over my vent to see if it'll dry out, but im not sure at this point
the keys aren't sticky,  it just wont type
im using some old keyboard from the 2000's to type, it feels like stuff

Well, wiping a liquid spill with a wet towel isn't such a bright idea.

why were you drinking coke over a 100 quid keyboard

What kind of posture allows you to literally lean over your keyboard naturally? When I'm at my computer my face is at least 50cm+ away from the keyboard at all times

If you spill something on your keyboard flip it over immediately and unplug it. If it's wireless then take the batteries out asap. I've spilled things on my G510s a few times and this is how I've saved it. I even soaked it in the bathtub and let it dry in the sun cause it was sticky.

This is why I get liquid resistant keyboards
