no he will bottleneck the hell out of the 970
i already have a really bad bottleneck because of my pentium dual core, i could only imagine how bad it would be on a loving AMD processor run memetest86 and it will tell you whats wrong, if anything is wrong.  http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/
Memtest results are the stick is 100% ok, but everything else is fine and the only thing older than 5 years is the stick of ram... but there is the power supply, its a 500w Thermaltake PSU had it for about 8 years it has been through about two or three computers that I have owned, but that can't be the issue can it? Then again after the BSOD the computer shut down completely and really fast but I always thought that was part of a BSOD.

the first thing that came up when my power supply was frying my computer was memory issues
try another power supply on it and see if it persists

dont get passive aggressive

50 dollars is a lot
you dont know the value of a dollar
50 dollars can be food for 4 - 5 days, or a full tank of gas
Either 'merica has tons of taxes or whatever or y'all are poor.
50 bucks is not really much over here

No, it's probably because the USD is less inflated than whatever currency you're comparing it to.

Euros
Thats like 3 cent difference.

Will do once I can get my hands on one, it had a 5 year warranty, its way over its 5 years though.

In that case, you might want to consider that in some areas minimum wage only earns you barely more than $50 after a 'full time' shift (after taxes which vary by area, but can be as high as 26% and considering the federal level $7.5/hr minimum wage which also varies on the state level). Even in areas which might get some $10-20 more than that, $50 is considered a hefty price since that's practically worth a whole day's worth of work.

is it a good idea to use an old keyboard for my mac?

thinking of getting the apple extended keyboard II

Ok so  this is my motherboard http://us.msi.com/product/motherboard/A55M-E35.html#hero-overview i checked it with the 960 link i sent you and its compatible. Im also probably gonna get a 1tb HDD... so all there is is the cpu im mostly gonna play fallout 4 intensive games and it seems to me like the A6 - 6420 will limit me.. so i compared on cpuboss and the a6 is more expensive and a way higher rating then the Athlon X4 860 but the Athlon performance is much better... how does this make any loving sense http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Athlon-X4-860K-vs-AMD-A6-6420K

I hope this is a joke

It'll work but unless you're OK with taking apart the keyboard and soldering in a custom microcontroller to convert the signal from ADB to USB you'll need to shell out $50 for an adapter: http://www.amazon.com/Griffin-2001-ADB-iMate-Universal-adapter/dp/B000067V8L
It's up to you if it's worth it, really.
I hope this is a joke
Why? It's a nice keyboard and far better than the stuffty chiclet key keyboards that Apple ship with their modern computers. It's not more weird than people using old IBM keyboards.

CPUBoss is, to put it politely, not a very accurate website. They usually rate CPUs on completely superficial stuff such as clock speed and transistor count which doesn't have an impact on actual performance. Your current processor is on about the same level as an Intel dual core CPU from 7-ish years ago, ie not very good.
Assuming your budget is still $200, this is what I'd get:
Athlon 860K: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad860kxbjabox (you might need to update your BIOS before you install it)
Zotac GTX 750 ti: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zotac-video-card-zt7060510m - how it'll run FO4: https://youtu.be/kOckcWuKnY0
Before you buy anything though I'd like to know what power supply you have, just so I know it can handle it. Best would be if you could take off the case side panel and take a photo of the spec label on the side.

Mow 5 lawns. Problem solved! Now that was some hard logic thinking, wasnt it stufflord?
49.99. That really isnt much. Even for people that dont have money to spare
$50 isn't something everyone can just pull out of their wallet. It's not that America is 'poor' its that things cost money, y'know? You'll understand when you're an adult.

You'll understand
careful, those are some strong words when it comes to espio

I hope this is a joke
lol it's not

i was thinking of buying it from ebay and getting an adapter as well

My piece-of-garbage USB network adapter needs to retire. I can't play anything online anymore because it heats up within 20 minutes of playing and stops working. I'm never using a USB one ever again. I'm thinking about getting this card: http://www.microcenter.com/product/383917/TL-WDN4800_N900_Wireless_Dual_Band_PCI_Express_Adapter

I currently have this: http://www.amazon.com/Network-adapters-300Mbps-Wireless-N-Adapter/dp/B00EZV8ZJI/

What does everyone else recommend? I'm looking in the $30 range.
