is it a good idea to use an old keyboard for my mac?
thinking of getting the apple extended keyboard II
It'll work but unless you're OK with taking apart the keyboard and soldering in a custom microcontroller to convert the signal from ADB to USB you'll need to shell out $50 for an adapter:

I hope this is a joke
Why? It's a nice keyboard and far better than the stuffty chiclet key keyboards that Apple ship with their modern computers. It's not more weird than people using old IBM keyboards.
Ok so this is my motherboard http://us.msi.com/product/motherboard/A55M-E35.html#hero-overview i checked it with the 960 link i sent you and its compatible. Im also probably gonna get a 1tb HDD... so all there is is the cpu im mostly gonna play fallout 4 intensive games and it seems to me like the A6 - 6420 will limit me.. so i compared on cpuboss and the a6 is more expensive and a way higher rating then the Athlon X4 860 but the Athlon performance is much better... how does this make any loving sense http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-Athlon-X4-860K-vs-AMD-A6-6420K
CPUBoss is, to put it politely, not a very accurate website. They usually rate CPUs on completely superficial stuff such as clock speed and transistor count which doesn't have an impact on actual performance. Your current processor is on about the same level as an Intel dual core CPU from 7-ish years ago, ie not very good.
Assuming your budget is still $200, this is what I'd get:
Athlon 860K:

Zotac GTX 750 ti:
