Drop the wired network adapter and go down to 16GB RAM and go to a 6700K.

is this a decent gaming pc build
Try this: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Chipskate/saved/ZLCYcf
Overclockable CPU, better cooler, better graphics card, better SSD, larger HDD, better case and $100 cheaper to boot.

go to a 6700K.
The 6700K is $400 on PCPartPicker right now, that's almost $100 more than a Haswell i7 and $50 more than a freakin' 5820K. It's insanely overpriced right now due to supply shortage.

You dont need a wired network adapter because its already in the motherboard

You also dont need a wireless adapter if you can get an ethernet cable on your computer. If it is not possible at all that wireless adapter is one of the best out there for the price.

36 Gigs of ram is loving overkill. The games right now dont even use 16Gb. Unless you are going to hardcore video edit stuff than go ahead, but If I where you I would save some money and get 16Gigs.

The R9 390 is the AMD equivalent of the GTX 970 and peforms basicly the same, maybe a slight FPS difference. You can get the R9 for 289.99 dollars wich has 8Gigs of VRAM. (quite allot actually) Unless you want shadowplay and shield n stuff.
For a full comparison: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-390-vs-GeForce-GTX-970
If you don't understand any of that here is a dude that tested it on some games

If you want a very good case and don't care about looks, This is the stuff. If you get that might want to look out because the window scratches p quickly.

Want to save some money on a case but still want a cool looking case? Get the SPEC-01.

Want to save bucks on your CPU? Get the i5-4590 instead of the 6600. the only real difference is the bus speed.

I dont recommend getting a micro ATX. Get an ATX instead.

DDR4 is also a bit pricy imo. DDR3 is basicly the same only a bit slower and will work fine with playing p demanding games. But spending money on DDR4 is a good thing since games in the future will be more and more demanding.

Your PSU is way overkill, I think the build will use ~500 watt tops. Im not sure tough.

You also want to get some fans for your case. Most cases dont come with any. Well, Mine doesn't.

EDIT: Or basicly all what Pentium said, or showed in his link. Goddamnit.

When you're trying to set up a Mac OS X 10.10 or Plus machine on VitualBox and then you realize you have an AMD CPU.

Im mobile and my dad is driving and im not gonna dral with it right now lol.
My possibly fried mobo turned out just fine. It locked itself up in some overvoltage protection and i had to pull the cmos.

Smalleat build ive ever done. Its in a heavily modded evga hadron hydro.

holy stuff put some img width on that.
thanks m8.

also, if anyone wants to give me a couple grand so i can build myself a new computer, that'd be appreciated. It is christmas afterall! :)

Jesus forget manage your cables dude

Jesus forget manage your cables dude

They are. Thats about all that can be done in a case that small. The window being on holds the bundle nicely ro the side though.

as someone who owns a mini itx like bisjac, why dont you go ahead and manage the cables ;)

I have a ton of bullstuff crammed in there to. I got the hue+, the grid+, and some usb2.0 header hub. With all the connections from both coolers. There is nowhere to squeeze it all without making a mess. Mini itx cases dont generally have windows for this reason.

forget off
i run 64 bit
i got 18 exabytes
(i know that processors these days can only run to alot memory less in principal, my post is just in theory)
