That's so rare that it's actually amazing.  I'm sure customer service will be equally dumbfounded tbh.

I'm so loving done, dad bought me the laptop at best buy for $997 dollars instead of Amazon which was $814 WITH free 2 day shipping. He INSISTED that best buy was better so I'm "like alright let's see then". All this took place on Sunday and I still haven't got my laptop yet and best buys in store pickup usually takes 3-7 days they claim. It's been 8 days and it's still not here.

edit: i have to go to Texas on next tuesday so this is urging my anger even more

yeah forget I'd be pissed too if my parents who don't know stuff about computers insisted Best Buy was better than any other options available.

It's the same laptop tho. The issue here is that it cost more and took longer than Amazon

Ive had good experiences with Best Buy. The only thing that I was disappointed was when I was getting my laptop fixed. Took about 2 weeks before it finally was ready
Other than that, Its not too bad IMO

Ye because the thing only has 2 ram slots and the ram sticks dont cost too much so, why not?

Also it will make it where I wont have to upgrade it until the far future
