Grats you're a stalker. That doesn't give you the right to post his pictures, name, facebook. People on the internet are entitled to their anonymity.
Maybe in your personal opinion. It's all public information available to anyone. Besides, you upload that stuff to the internet yourself. If you don't want it to be seen by people who "don't have permission" then don't put it up online in the first place.

So if I just decided to start posting all your facebook photos, your name, address, what school you go to, what your parents look like, their jobs you be okay with it since it's out there right?

You can try. If you can actually do it I'll be impressed.

You're an idiot. Information is a weapon and you pulling stuff like this is ridiculous. Grow up and get a hobby that doesn't violate peoples privacy.

It doesn't matter if it's out there; that's like saying you can take store merchandise because it's on display. Your logic is just as flawed as you are.

Nah. You're just butthurt. If anyone wanted to do anything to you or anyone else with the information I found they could just find it as easy as I can.

So you don't have an actual response, you just went with butthurt and called it good? Pathetic. What is there to be butthurt about? I have a few blocklanders on my facebook. I have my best friend on steam on my facebook. What am I hiding? You're the one with all the info, why don't you tell me? Why would I ever be butthurt? Seriously, spell this one out for me.

I still fail to see what I've done wrong... really it boils down to the fact that you don't like some people seeing information that you posted publicly in another place and don't want to take responsibility. What privacy? You are not anonymous...

You're dodging the question, being willfully ignorant, and wasting my time.

Let me get to the root of the matter: You're saying that I don't have the right to post public information that you have exposed yourself. I don't see a problem with that.

Because it isn't your information? I've already commented on this. It's stealing store merchandise and trying to use the fact that it's on display as an excuse. Saying you raped someone because they wore provocative clothes.

The information isn't public just because you can find it. Posting something on facebook isn't the same as telling everyone you know something(metaphorically). Just because certain people have access to it doesn't mean it's meant for the entire world to see.

It isn't anyone's information though. When you posted it and I can see it that means anyone can see it. I'm not stealing anything. Ownership is a concept that you are incorrectly imposing upon such public data.

Wrong.
When you posted it and I can see it that means anyone can see it.
I've already said that just because you can see something, it doesn't make it yours. If you aren't going to read what I post, I'm not going to bother trying to make you less of an ignorant stuff.[/quote]

Wrong on all accounts.  One: Taking someones personal data isn't theft, but it is wrong.
Two: It is my data therefore it belongs to me. It is my intellectual property, and my extended identity.
Three: I've said a total of four(?) times now and you have yet to retain it. The data is not public just because you can find it.  It's not public because you can see it. It's not public because others can see it. It's public when it is shown with the intention of being shown to everyone. A conversation between two friends in the middle of a street is not public. How is this any different?

You're bending facts to fit your broken logic. Stop while you're behind.

It's not broken logic it's a fundamental difference in opinion about internet data and online rights and freedoms. I see all data as abstract. Quite frankly what you post to a certain online message board with a specific username (lets include Facebook data that non-friends can view in this category) be it personal information or your favorite bands is public. If you don't want it exposed use Facebook's privacy rules or don't post things publicly online if you don't want people to be able to freely discuss or share it. Who defines what is right and wrong when it comes to the sharing of data? You? Your god? I wholeheartedly believe that what I do is 100% alright.

And it isn't right by law of the land and common sense. Take this and apply it in a real world scenario and you have a damn good stalker case. Hell, you could even go gov't and watch whistle-blowers cry about privacy.

It doesn't matter what your opinion is, it doesn't matter what my opinion is. It's my personal opinion that gay marriage shouldn't be illegal. Too bad, it's an opinion and doesn't count for stuff. It matters that what you're doing is wrong by law.

I'm not staking anyone. I just find out public information. I don't give a forget about people I dox. I don't follow the around in real life or online after I've collected public information. The police do what I do every day. Everything I do is completely legal.
