I'm not stealing anything. Ownership is a concept that you are incorrectly imposing upon such public data.
Wrong on all accounts. One: Taking someones personal data isn't theft, but it is wrong.
Two: It is my data therefore it belongs to me. It is my intellectual property, and my extended identity.
Three: I've said a total of four(?) times now and you have yet to retain it. The data is not public just because you can find it. It's not public because you can see it. It's not public because others can see it. It's public when it is shown with the intention of being shown to everyone. A conversation between two friends in the middle of a street is not public. How is this any different?
