If someone checks your IRC to complain that the ban was unjust, and they do it once, don't extend their ban.
If they repeatedly spam the same message, they're a moron anyway. Add to the ban.

Nobot is a pretty reasonable guy. He just needs to realize that not everything people do implies disrespect.

Alphadin, on the other hand, is a little bit of a control freak. I haven't seen him actually ban anyone though, so I can't say if he's a bad admin or not.

I only increase ban time if they call me an idiot for banning them, or if they spam my IRC.
Keep in mind that administrating the server is actually really stressful, and I end up getting a lot of complaints from people and end up having to check logs, and discussing with admins.
