SANCTUARY TVRECEIVERSSanctuary TV receivers are thrown together from old computers, consoles and other electronics. They consist of the wiring and ports of a DVD player, a DVD slot, and a wire that connects to the Sanctuary TV center, which is near the Command Center.
CHANNELSSANCTUARY UPDATE
Gives reports on patrols, Sentinel activity, outside weather, quality of sewer air, quality of Sanctuary air, quality of surface air and general news activity.

SAFETY CHANNEL
Gives how-tos amd tips about how to defend yourself, use vital things, survive by doing things like starting fires or purifying water, and preparing emergency kits.

CARTOON CENTRAL
Plays pre-Wrath cartoons from kid cartoon channels like Cartoon Network, Disney, etc. that were on DVD, VCR and other means of recording.
AUDIENCE: Sometimes adults, most teenagers, kids
ROOMS/WINGSHOSPITAL WINGNORMAL CAREContains a waiting room equipped with a simulated window, reception area, and three doctor's offices + a lounge.
EMERGENCY CAREContains another waiting room, reception area, two operating rooms, three hospital rooms and three combat injury treatment rooms.
ENTRANCE WINGContains secretary, water management, heating management, communications management, diner/cafeteria, bar (only serves low alcohol content drinks except on fridays and saturdays) more in depth info later
