Smog. That's what they called it. The eerie gray smoke looming over all the cities within a hundred miles of a factory. That was all of the cities. The entire planet had united under one global force after thousands of "peacekeeping" missions. The WRA. World Restoration Alliance. Wrath. Motherforgeters. The WRA had many names, but many cells called them Wrath, for obvious reasons. Well, not yet, but soon. The WRA sent these.. things. Humans in suits, but many of us speculated that they're just husks of humans. The WRA called them "protectors," "guardians," but they were the absolute opposite. Sentinels, as the "neutrals" called them, were the "police" of the WRA territories (that's the whole world, by the way!). Hulking masses of metal and the nervous system, they had their memories and emotions wiped by the Inhibitors. Inhibitors.. nobody knows much about them. The few that came back alive after seeing one either committed Self Delete or have gone insane, then disappeared, but we know who took them. Sentinels. The official name for them submitted by the WRA is Civil Assistance and Protection, but that's bullstuff. If you've seen one, you know they don't loving assist. Anyways, there are five kinds of people in this world right now. Grays are the ones loyal to the WRA fully. Sentinels, Inhibitors and other WRA workers, they're the ones we hate. Loyals, we still hate, but not as much. They're the collaborators, not working for the WRA but feeding them information. The Neutrals are just people trying to survive in the smog. Greens are people who hate the WRA and help the "scum" of the Earth, be it with food, knowledge or shelter. We like them. Then there's us. We have many names, but here are our top four. Vandals. Malignants. Gladiators. Hostiles. We use Vandal. I'm a Vandal. We fight the WRA with more than hatred and boycotting. We wage a hidden war, with guns, sabotage and death. It's hard being a Vandal. Not fun, except for those few moments. When you eat real food, when you live out of the Smog. Speaking of that, about the Smog. It's a cloud of poisonous gas in every inch of the world except some parts of the oceans that restricts sight to about 6 feet, which is why there's no cars anymore. All the WRA people use thermal visors. The Smog'll kill you after about 3 minutes outside, unless you have a respirator. Respirators are standard issue to WRA citizens. You MUST wear theirs, though. Or you're shot. Thing is, nobody is arrested anymore. Sentinels shoot on sight. There's no police anymore. Just hunters. That's how it is now, though. Hunt or be hunted.

SANCTUARY TV

RECEIVERS
Sanctuary TV receivers are thrown together from old computers, consoles and other electronics. They consist of the wiring and ports of a DVD player, a DVD slot, and a wire that connects to the Sanctuary TV center, which is near the Command Center.

CHANNELS
SANCTUARY UPDATE
Gives reports on patrols, Sentinel activity, outside weather, quality of sewer air, quality of Sanctuary air, quality of surface air and general news activity.
AUDIENCE: Adults

SAFETY CHANNEL
Gives how-tos amd tips about how to defend yourself, use vital things, survive by doing things like starting fires or purifying water, and preparing emergency kits.
AUDIENCE: All ages except 6 below

CARTOON CENTRAL
Plays pre-Wrath cartoons from kid cartoon channels like Cartoon Network, Disney, etc. that were on DVD, VCR and other means of recording.
AUDIENCE: Sometimes adults, most teenagers, kids

NORMAL CARE
Contains a waiting room equipped with a simulated window, reception area, and three doctor's offices + a lounge.
EMERGENCY CARE
Contains another waiting room, reception area, two operating rooms, three hospital rooms and three combat injury treatment rooms.

ENTRANCE WING
Contains secretary, water management, heating management, communications management, diner/cafeteria, bar (only serves low alcohol content drinks except on fridays and saturdays) more in depth info later
