You could try finding a video then ripping the audio.

Just a thought.
I need the sound file itself, because it contains the correct loop

I found a package that someone was using for a source engine mod for Mario kart but the download link is broken, yet he has all engine sounds and kart bump sounds.

EDIT:

I found a link to the source will all the files including sounds, perhaps you can take a look there?

And yes the link works.

Me like

And so that is how Frosty saved the Speedkarts.

And the President.

Not asking much but maybe just a little nod for finding the sounds? I feel kinda left out over here.

Thank you royal cart maker.

I still think different cart sizes should have different engine sounds. You dont need one for each cart, but say four for different size carts just to mix it up.

...Did you fool around with the carts weight? I'm certain you did something....
Nasoa's carts bounce and sink into bricks with ease.
You can slip through the beginning gate by holding forward.

Yup
I would like to use the mario kart 64 ones but I can't find the engine sounds anywhere, also different sounds for each kart could cost alot of datablocks
You should get the Mario Kart 7 default kart sound, I don't think the 64 ones would be top quality, maybe for the 64 kart only though.

I can't find engine sounds from other mario kart games, I could just find the 64 ones

No really, did you touch the weight coding for the carts?
The carts seem really off.

More bouncy and prone to go through bricks...

Not really, I just increased the braking a little bit, well that's weird

Odd, may just be Nasoa's doing then..
