Trackmania and Burnout Paradise are the two that I can mostly highly recommend.

Actually I'd say trackmania over Burnout but Trackmania is honestly almost more of a platformer than a racing game. Go for Burnout if you're looking for a more traditional racing experience but trackmania is seriously fun.
