This was the episode that made me appreciate Adventure Time.  Marceline and the Ice King have a jam session.  As it progresses, you learn the Ice King basically raised Marceline, but has no memory of it.  He found some old songs someone had written, and he asks Marceline to play them with him.  The songs are actually the notes he wrote to Marceline as he was losing his mind and apologizing for not being there later.
