I got him to lock both of the topics. Try to ignore it if he does it again. I'll tell him if he's doing something wrong. I think he gets it now at least.

Also, I have an autistic brother. He has a mental disability, and I don't give him a break. I cut him slack, but not a break. They are just as human as we are. They can't be dismissed for constant error unless they are literally brainless zombies. If they are mentally aware of what they are doing, they should be held accountable. Furling has proven to be valuable at times, and I wouldnt, per se, want to see him removed, but as of recently he needs to step back and look at what he's doing. Assuming he reads this topic, he will probably improve and it'll be a done deal. If not, he'll misstep, violate a rule and unless he can pull out another $20 for a key, he won't be a problem on the forums.

And I'm pretty sure, like all implants, those are loving expensive.

There is no partially-deaf or half-deaf.
There is only a) perfectly capable of hearing, b) hearing impaired, or c) deaf.
Deaf is just that; deaf, you have complete inability to register any sound whatsoever.

Personally I think Cubelands is a 40 year old individual who has joined the Blockland Forums having an inability to type English without doing it Yoda style. I cry, my eyes bleed that I see him posting such stuff. I don't even like Cubelands, he's lying, if he was deaf he definitely wouldn't be posting on the forums, to me he types more like an autistic and dumb person combined.
