Incase you don't know what this is, it's a gun that's rotated to aim at your head, when you fire it, you die.

I faintly remember an old Add-On that used the command /AnHero - and it would spawn the default gun in your hand, the handle and trigger were facing the right way - but the barrel was flipped 180 degrees to point at the Blockhead.

Because sticking the gun in your mouth aims at the base of your brain stem. Firing will sever the body's connection to the brain.  Basically a guarenteed death.
