if edited, make it 5 seconds or less.

If you made one post and ten seconds later you made another it said "The last posting from your IP was less than 20 seconds ago" and blocks you from posting for a few more seconds.(to prevent spam)

Fire Bird wants that limit leveled down to five seconds, but that seems alot more spammable.
