It looks like it might be something with the computers software or hardware, since the menu for the monitor settings is still the right color.
Try demagnetizing it, like Soukuw said.

Uh oh, I just realized that the green screen is rare, I think you need to you know repair the things INSIDE of the computer
Someone probably messed with the graphic card/window's colour settings, seeing as how it isn't affecting the monitor's control panel.Check the ATI/Nvidia/Intel control panel if the computer has it installed.
I tried a different monitor for it, works fine.

You probably should check the settings anyways. Nvidia's control panel saves the colour settings on a per-monitor basis, and if you plug in a new one it it'll use the default settings. So if you set one to be green and you plug another one in the new one won't be green.
