For all you non-brits, Butlins is a holiday destination.
They seem to be cashing in on the whole popularity of the song, but

This is very ironic, the song name is "I am very glad because I'm finally returning back home", surely that is the complete opposite of what they intend with this advert?

Well, when you leave Butlitz you'll probably be very glad that you're finally going home, to be fair

lol BUTTlins

holy stuff that makes the advert 10x more depressing

This is so true

butlins trolls you! when you arive at butlins its a cardboard box with the words "lol u mad?" wrote on it with a sharpie.

jesus christ the changing framerates in that advert are giving me a headache

yeah, i've heard this mentioned a few times already lol

This meme got so popular that people are starting to forget the original song, or don't even know it. That is pretty sad.

It's hardly a common song in any way at all, unless you happen to know it's also a meme.

As a song, it's joyful and happy-sounding, just due to the fact that it's sung like it's a laugh. (Not the original intention of the song, but that doesn't change the fact with this version).

The song fits the advert. I don't think it's being used to gain the interests of those who spend their time on the internet learning about memes.

I saw this ad quite a while ago.

I sang along with it.

Maybe butlins is your home.

Our true intent it for your full delight!

That family must be on some kind of drugs if they're able to fly.
