Siba simply is asking MDMA to remove or change his SetPlayerTransform brick so that it can be accessible. Bishop insist on defending MDMA to the point of annoyance to Siba. After 30 minutes of Bishop's non-stop spamming, Siba may have yelled "Shut the forget up".
All MDMA had do to was delete the brick until he asked Jasa if it was ok but instead, they double-team'd Siba with irrelevant excuses so Siba banned them for a day in order for them to cool off. Personally, I think it was the right thing to do.

Ahem, just a few other things, Bishop did defend MDMA but they were both arguing. note, Bishop was not spammong for  "30 minutes non stop". he wasnt spamming at all. He did yell "Shut the **** up" once or twice. MDMA was in jail at the time and unable to delete the brick. and irrelevant excuses?? there were many valid points from both sides, but i think their ban was un-needed, regardless. i have a heckload of screenies i can upload at Jasa, or other authorities request. (whole fight, apart from MDMA's chat because he was in jail). ~arti

Bishop, nor MDMA spammed the whole time, but I did infact deal with them for what feels to be at least an hour. They argued, nonstop, over the fact that I had ordered them not to use the telebrick door, to avoid being arrested, that was a JVS door so they could set up specific IDs only allowed to access it.

MDMA would transport himself into an UNFINISHED room, under his building, with no other access other than another setplayertransform brick.

(speaking of which, it would be wise of Jasa to remove that event)

They constantly brought up bullstuff points, like "Oh, look at the global stats, I spent the most time in jail.", or, "Its not against the rules so too bad siba", or, "siba your just a powerhungry vigilante".

Those quotes aren't right, not to mention your screenshots are out of context.  Also, you perma'd us first, then later decided to make it a day.

I told you repeatedly I'd be glad to talk with Jasa about the matter, but at the time no rules were being broken.  Each time I had said that, you ignored it and kept saying that (in your personal opinion) it was NOT ACCEPTABLE, and told me I was to destroy it, which I was not able to do while in jail.  After telling me plenty of times that you would not allow it, yeah, Bishop defended me since there was no wrong-doing as far as we knew, I had already stated that if Jasa didn't allow it, that was fine and I would take it off.  This whole thing is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.  I don't feel defending myself from what an admin (who's been on the job less than 24 hours) personally thinks isn't okay is ban-worthy.  I think this could've been handled a lot better, ie. siba simply waiting for Jasa to speak on the situation.  After all, it's his server.

I permenantly banned you, and corrected it seconds later, realizing my mistake.

I don't believe I ever told you to remove the teleporter, but tried to explain just to not use it to exempt yourself from jail.

You were jailed BEFORE the whole argument began, so I was talking to you through the team chat.

I based my opinion around the whole city RP system, cops jail criminals for cash, and what you were doing was making yourself exempt from being jailed.

Siba was given the authority to administrate the server. You ignored the authority he was granted at your own peril and suffered the consequences.

It wasn't, actually, you said I wasn't allowed to wait off my dems down there, which I have never done since they only decrease 15 or so every ten minutes, meaning every time I've gone down there, I've eventually been busted.  And that "quote" where I had said I had the record for most time spent in jail, I was explaining that the cops are making cash from jailing me, about $7,500 so far.  I've not once waited or even payed my dems off.

It does not matter how much cash the cops are making off of you, or how much you've been jailed. What you were doing invalidates their job, and more people would adapt to it if it was allowed in the server.

Did you bother reading my post?

It isn't not allowed, though.  I know plenty of other players who're using the same events.

yeah but he did not have to

You have it backwards. Siba should have waited and asked Jasa if it was NOT ok.

Siba was given the authority to administrate the server. You ignored the authority he was granted at your own peril and suffered the consequences.
Siba was given admin so the server can have yet another admin who can be online while others are not, and therefore more effectively enforce the already set and given server rules. MDMA did not ignore the authority of an admin because the admin did not have the authority to make a decision as such.

What does this say, about the cops that are arresting you?

Perhaps, that only your friend was getting the cash maybe?

And the fact that you've been arrested THE MOST TIMES?

You, and Bishop's IDs were the only ones on the door, and there was NO other entrance to the room.

I now understand why you were so pissed; it was your way of cheating the system.

My assumption was wrong, I apologize for this.

Are you asking me if Bishop has been jailing me this whole time for the bonuses?  Check his job buddy, he's a grocer.  He makes no money from jailing me.  The only time I recall he's ever even jailed me was a few hours ago when he had a baton and I told him he could jail me because I wasn't going to pay $2000 to get rid of my dems at the PD.

EDIT to your edit:
I now understand why you were so pissed; it was your way of cheating the system.

nice attempt at getting us in trouble for something we didn't&can't do, by the way

I have only jailed MDMA twice, and have not made any money from either. I had a baton on me, he didnt want to pay the dems, and I was the closest person to him that had a baton. so it doesnt make a difference that it was me who jailed him, i do not see your point.

Okay, so you weren't cheating the system. But I took action because I believed it was right, and it was more than just an opinion, rather, it was an unwritten rule that everyone should follow. I still feel confident that Jasa will be on my side of this argument.

I can't see why any host would allow a user to hide from the cops, beyond an invincible shield that allows the criminal to sit and wait for his demerits to run out.

Well what exactly do you think is gonna happen when you fight him over this? He's an admin, and the fact of the matter is he has the authority to do what he damn well pleases until a higher authority steps in to override his actions. Said higher authority is responsible for interpreting the rules, not you. If he said you're doing something wrong, your choices are "Fight him over it, get banned, and sort it out later," or "Just go with it, and sort it out later." You'd have to be pretty absentminded to choose the former.
