Let's see how well this goes in terms of progress. I have seen and even participated in many of these Dayz project things, none of them succeeded. As said before the way Blockland works isn't really suitable for a Dayz-like experience and I bid you good luck.
And really, $10 for a different player skin? Don't you think that is a lot for different colours on your shirt? I don't think you will find many people who would be interested in paying for that. Of course, its donating but still, really?
