The grass emitter is constantly disappearing and reappearing which I find extremely annoying.

We don't plan on doing so, people may have some varying skins. Donating gives you exclusive skins, I'll see what I can cook up.

I have been thinking about spawning with certain items, I'll put up a poll when the time comes.

Oh mah gawd. I played DayZ for two weeks nonstop at the end of December and was thinking about how cool it would be to see it in Blockland. Can't wait to play this!
