He could have been knocked out with his mouth open with water spraying in his mouth, filling his lungs, or even fallen on the drain and had the tub fill up.

or you know hit his head on the floor

or you know hit his head on the floor

Hitting his head wouldn't kill him. Being unconscious while his lungs fill with water would.

He could have hit his head on the metal faucet, and cracked his head open. Bleeding + Drowning.

double dead

This could be a sign that you're suffering from 'showeres decropricus' a fatal disease that leaves half your spinal column hanging from your body.

Go to your doctor, get a blood test, and ask for checks with iron/vitamin deficiencies. The best thing you can do is tell somebody about it so you can get better judgement of what's happened.

I've gotten a bit woozy in my stupidly hot showers occasionally, I assume it's the heat messing with your body temperature or something.

But yeah, this previous advice (except aludane's first note) seems legit.

low blood sugar
too hot of water
take yo peels pls
Low blood pressure*

i knocked you out and raped you took you to the hospital then brung you back to finish your shower

Both can cause you to pass out, but yeah.
But low blood sugar is obviously not as common as getting low blood pressure or hypotension

Well, they're two different things. Hypotension is a disorder, low blood sugar is not eating enough sugar. Most people can induce momentary low blood pressure in their brain by standing up really fast, but most people don't randomly experience hypoxia and pass out in the shower. If it's reoccurring, it's definitely something for him to see his doctor about. As it stands right now, he seems perfectly fine and shouldn't worry about it.

Did you wake up and find out the piece of technology that makes time travel possible?

We're the best with medical advice! Just look at this thread, we're talking about blood pressure and everything

This happened to me, too, except I was outside of it, and I made the curtain fall on me. Woke up like "What just happened?"
